At YouthChefs our expenses average around $10,000 annually for operating costs and supplies. In addition to the $10,000, we are trying to raise an additional $25,000 to renovate the kitchen at YouthEntity to expand the YouthChefs program. Having our own kitchen would provide additional flexablity and allow us to teach adult classes that would generate revenue for YouthChefs.
