Under the guidance of their coach, Christine Bergstrom, students will learn professional culinary skills and techniques and will prepare and cater a customer event as their final project.
Christine is a professional pastry chef with extensive experience including training under the White House Executive Pastry Chef and degrees from Patisserie, Confiserie, Glace and Chocolat from L'Academie de Cuisine in Washington, D.C.
